Meet the new youth director!
May Youth Calendar
Shout outs from
Sean:
| I want to thank
everyone for making me feel welcome here as I get settled in. I also
appreciate the support and enthusiasm from parents so far in getting
things started. Developing a youth program can be a slow process, and
the support of the larger church is the backbone of my work. Please
continue to pray for myself and especially our youth |

he
youth are in need of some basic recreational equipment. We could use
some soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, etc. Maybe you have some
extra OR old(not ‘extra old’) equipment laying around. Consider
donating it to our youth. Some other items we could use are small
orange cones for games, a couple PVC goals/nets, and a ping pong table. |

Youth: Submit your Spring
schedules from sports teams, music groups, dance groups, or any
activities that you participate in so that I can come see you in action. |

Vacation
Bible School is coming and we need Middle School and High School
volunteers. Talk to me about how you can help as a crew leader or other
role.

END OF SCHOOL PARTY!
On Monday, June 2nd
there will be an END OF SCHOOL PARTY in the fellowship hall at Mars UP
Church. Everyone in Middle School and High School is invited. There
will be a band, free food, and more. Make sure you invite friends,
family, and neighbors. Let’s show the Mars community that we are
serious about reaching out to the youth.

 |
Up and Coming: There will be a weekend backpacking trip,
Saturday July 5th to Monday July 7th, in the Laurel
