Good = morning everyone. Welcome to our wors= hip service. We are especially delighted to have those who are guests or visitors worshipping with us. I would remind you of our Green Pr= ayers and Concerns response card. If you have a concern to share, please have it ready to hand to an usher who will be collecting it during the last verse of our first Hymn of Praise. It = is always a wonderful time when we gather together at the Mars United Presbyterian Ch= urch.

We thank you for all who have shared so much of themselves as leader= s, teachers, yes Lord, even cooks. We admire their selfless energy and devotion to you and to us. Hear our prayers of gratitude not = only for those we recognize today, but those who have given of themselves in many ways for you and your church. In Christ’s name, we pray.

Look for “Fizz&= #8221; to see how you can help make this year’s program a success. Take a sticker and donate just wha= t we need. Dinners are needed nightly for the volunteers. HELEN AND BILL COOK RECOGNITION Followi= ng our 10:00 a.m. worship service, you are invited= to join with our Board of Deacons and the Cook family to recognize Helen and B= ill Cook. Helen recently announce= d that she is no longer able to supervise the Lenten Luncheons.<= /p>
        &= nbsp;   How long has Helen been doing this? “Since the beginning” she would respond as she reflects = upon assisting RB over the years. = Bill would tell you that “everything” is cooked from scratch. Helen and Bill have been married f= or 57 years, with four children, nine grandchildren and seven and one-half great grandchildren. Today we recog= nize their faithfulness for the direction of the Lenten Luncheons over the years= and celebrate their commitment to Mars United Presbyterian Church.
