God of mercy, it is easy for us to see how badly the people around = us need Your forgiveness. It is harder to face our own sin, b= ut it is our own sin that separates us from You. Many of the things that consume our= lives are not the things that should be our focus. Help us reform our priorities so th= at they more closely match Your own, and forgive us= of our sin. By Your grace, purif= y our hearts and bring us back into right relationship with Y= ou.
