Leader:     What draws us to worship this morning?

People:    Are there questions sti= rring in our hearts?

Leader:     Are there burdens that we fear letting = go?

People:    Do we rejoice for the beauty of creation, the blessing of our friendships, and= the abundance of God’s love?

Leader:     There is a reason we are here.&nbs= p; God has led us to this place to be refreshed and renewed, to be brok= en open and yet made whole.

People:    God has led us to this place, through rocky paths, and treacherous valleys.

Leader: &n= bsp; And yet, we are never alone. Let = us worship God.

Leader:   = When have we failed to be lo= ving? When did we choose to avoid those = in need? When did we ignore God’s call? What things= do we hold and cling to that prevent us from fully obeying God’s Word? How have I disobeyed God’s commandments? The Scriptures = remind us that everyone sins and falls short of God’s glory.

People:    But the Scriptures also= say that if we confess our sins, God who is faithful and just will forgive us o= ur sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Leader:     Let us confess ou= r sins together

God of the day and of the night, we g= ather in Your house to worship You and remind ourselve= s that our lives are safe and secure in Your hands.
