Mars UP Church shines the light in the community with the illumination of the beautiful stained-glass windows and the music played from the bell tower of the church.

MUPC hosts My School PreSchool, a Christian based pre-school attended by 80 families from our local community.

MUPC is the Charter Organization for Mars Boy Scouts Troop 400. In this capacity, the church provides a home base for the scouts to deliver their programs to over 40 youth members, as well as the community at large.

Ash Wednesday and Good Friday services, Lenten lunches open to the community with various local speakers.

Collaboration with St. John Lutheran church to sponsor a community based VBS which is attended by 70+ children.

We bring the Christmas story to the community through a living nativity featuring live animals and dozen of actors with narration. We serve refreshments in the fellowship hall to the 100+ attending over the 2 night period.

We sponsor special community music events with nationally recognized performers.

​Our church is the meeting base for several community groups including Rotary, Alcoholics Anonymous, AARP, Mars Women's Club and Griefshare recovery group.
